At ENG Kitchen & Bath, all PVC Wall Panels are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy is clearly posted on signs throughout our showroom and applies to all purchases.
Why PVC Panels Are Non-Returnable
PVC wall panels require careful handling and storage. Once they leave our facility, we cannot verify that they have been stored, transported, or handled under proper conditions. Even if a panel appears unused, it may have been exposed to damage such as:
- Warping or bending from improper storage
- Scratches, chips, or edge damage during transportation
- Moisture, heat, or sunlight exposure that may affect product quality
- Missing or damaged packaging
Because we cannot guarantee the condition or integrity of returned panels, they cannot be resold as new. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products in new, undamaged condition.
Customer Responsibility
Please inspect your order before leaving our showroom or upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Verify quantities and sizes before purchase.
- Ensure the selected product is suitable for their project.
- Inspect products for visible damage before installation.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement for the affected item.
